Aiesha R. Cloud
Aiesha possesses stellar customer service skills and extreme organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail. She has worked in production at A Neat Design – a desktop publishing and word processing company. She assisted the owner in assembly, packaging and distribution of printed projects such as brochures, programs, souvenir books, business cards and flyers.
Aiesha serves as Personal Assistant to the Visionary of Abounding Love Bible Ministry. She retrieves email inquiries and handles the booking invites for the Visionary. She also accompanies her on her speaking engagements. She serves as a Team member for the Annual Women’s Empowerment Conferences hosted annually by this ministry. She assists in preparing materials for the conference bags. She serves as the Team Lead for the hostesses serving on the day of the Conference. And she also interacts with the guest speakers and other featured participants for the Conference and makes sure the Visionary has everything she needs to cover the days assignment.
Aiesha served as Chief Assistant to the CEO of a start-up Christian-based entertainment company, where she set up fundraising activities for the company’s sales campaign. She was also the initial point of contact for client communication via telephone and email using a detailed excel spreadsheet. During the sales campaign, she contacted over 125 prospective clients to confirm event attendance. She reported attendance totals to the CEO, Business Manager and Culinary Manager for event preparation. She served as hostess at company sponsored events – greeting clients, operating PowerPoint presentation and distributing campaign materials. And she maintained the CEO’s calendar of activities and supported other staff as needed.
As a Call Center Representative, Aiesha answered phones and responded to customer requests in a courteous and professional manner. She maintained and established new customer accounts. She provided customers with product and service information. She identified, researched, and resolved customer issues using available resources. She escalated customer inquiries and issues when not able to resolve it herself. She updated credit card information and processed payments. She researched billing and payment issues, reviewed account history and activity with customers, alerted the supervisor of trends in customer calls, educated customers on how prepaid tolling system works, provided toll violators with options to resolve outstanding violations, maintained up-to-date knowledge of services and procedures, assisted customers with website navigation and enrollment, completed all necessary forms and or correspondence, and provided on-the-job training for new employees, as well as provided other duties as assigned.
Aiesha has assisted OVL Foundation USA during its Fund-Raising Events. She has actively participated in passing out flyers and promotional items at Street Fairs and Community events, where OVL Foundation USA had an information booth. She is also responsible for designing the promotional items for OVL Foundation USA.
Aiesha possesses a keen eye for fashion, style and decorating and has taken that passion to another level. She is in the process of launching her own Event Planning business, where she will be able to bring her passionate and creative fingerprint to any event she is asked to host!
