While Shelah’s academic achievement includes Undergraduate Studies with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from  San Francisco State University – Major in Marketing, her educational pursuits are further inspired towards completion of a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) through Cal State East Bay. Along with Shelah’s endearing smile, can be found the unique trademark and lovable characteristic of her warm, witty sense of humor and enjoyment of laughter. She highly believes in staying positive and always keeping a strong faith in the Lord. For extracurricular enjoyment, Shelah is fond of reading, cooking, variety of music listening, bike tours, leisure walks, travel, movies, bowling, quality family time and quiet moments to refresh along water fronts.

As a proud single parent, Shelah’s life is blessed with three wonderful adult children whose professional careers include: Gospel Preacher/Global Sales Account Executive, Law Enforcement Officer and Health Care Technician. Shelah celebrates being a 1st time Grandmother (Nan’Nammz) to an adorable Grandson and also to a precious granddaughter.
